Cancellation & Refund Policy
This Cancellation and Refund Policy describes how NTF Travel, a part of Nand Tourism and Finserv Limited (collectively referred to as "NTF", "us", "our" or "we"), its affiliates and group companies, who provide travel-related services and leisure activities ("Services"), process cancellation and refund requests for bookings made on www.ntftravel.com and its sub-domains; mobile application and m-site (hereinafter, collectively referred to as "Website").
General Cancellation Rules
All cancellation requests will be processed strictly in accordance with the respective policies of the Supplier offering the particular service. The term Supplier refers to airlines, hotels, and other service providers with which you can make a booking on the Website or offline through NTF.
Important — Non-Refundable Fee: A convenience/service fee may be charged by NTF for all services booked on the Website. This fee is non-refundable in all cases, including cancellations made by the traveller or the Supplier. This may apply to ticket fares, hotel bookings, and ancillaries including onboard meals and extra baggage.
Every booking made on the Website is subject to cancellation charges governed by the Supplier's policy.
🖥️ Online Cancellations
You can cancel your booking through the "My Bookings" section in your profile. Cancellation requests will be accepted based on the respective policies of the service provider.
Note: Cancelling an infant booking cancels all travellers. Contact us separately to cancel an infant booking alone.
📞 Offline Cancellations
Cancellation requests are also accepted through our Contact Centre at info@ntftravel.com.
NTF Travel will not process cancellations made through any other medium outside the Website or Contact Centre.
Flight Ticket Cancellation
The cancellation charges may vary depending on the booking class, the type of fare (non-refundable, refundable, or partially refundable), and the time at which the cancellation was made, as governed by the airline's policy. For detailed information, contact the airline directly.
NTF Cancellation Fee (in addition to airline charges):

Cancellation Deadlines:
Online Cancellation
Minimum 12 hours before the scheduled departure.
Offline — Domestic Flights
Must be made at least 5 hours before the scheduled time of departure via our Contact Centre.
Offline — International Flights
Must be made at least 8 hours before the scheduled time of departure. Contact us at info@ntftravel.com.
Less than 3 Hours Before Departure
Contact the airline directly for cancellation. Once the airline cancels your booking, contact our Contact Centre to initiate the refund.
Web/Tele Check-in: If you have already completed web or tele check-in with the airline, you must contact the airline directly for cancellation. NTF Travel will not be able to process a refund while you are still checked in. NTF Travel will not be responsible for any flight rescheduling or cancellations initiated by the airline.
Hotel Booking Cancellation
The policy governing the cancellation of a hotel booking depends on several factors including booking rates and check-in dates. Common hotel cancellation policies include:
- Cancel By Date — Enables travellers to cancel free of charge up until a certain period before the date of booking. After this period, standard cancellation charges or full payment for the reservation may apply.
- One-Night Cancellation Penalty — The accommodation provider charges a cancellation fee equivalent to one night's stay at the hotel.
- Non-Refundable Policy — Applicable on prepaid bookings. The hotel takes complete payment of the reservation at the time of booking and the same is non-refundable under any circumstances.
Packages, No-Show & Special Events
Holiday Packages: The cancellation charges and timelines for holiday packages depend entirely on the vendors that NTF deals with for offering the service — including hotels, airlines, cab and bus operators, and other suppliers within the package.
✈️ Flight No-Show
The airline reserves the right to refuse boarding for onward or return flights if the customer fails to board any segment of their travel itinerary. NTF Travel shall not be responsible or liable for such refusal.
🏨 Hotel No-Show
For no-shows on hotel bookings, the hotel might charge a penalty amounting to the total cost of the reservation, a partial amount, one night's charges, or a no-show fee.
Refunds on Cancellation
Refunds will be processed according to the respective Supplier's rules and cancellation policies. Such refunds are subject to NTF receiving the approval and the applicable refund amount from the respective Supplier. Once received, NTF will process the refund within 7 business days.
Deductions & Non-Refundable Items:
- Charges for add-ons such as seats, meals, and extra baggage will not be refunded at the time of cancellation.
- NTF's non-refundable convenience/service fee (for ticket fares, hotel bookings, or ancillaries) will be deducted from the refund amount.
- Any cashback credited to you for the booking being cancelled will be deducted from the total refund amount.
- NTF Travel retains the discretion to revoke any offer, benefit, coupon or gift made available at the time of the booking and recover the same from the refund amount.
Refund Method:
Non-Registered Users
The refund amount will be credited to the original source of payment used at the time of booking.
Registered Users
You may get the option to receive the refund in a platform wallet (if available) or back to the original source of payment.
Post-Refund Debiting: After refund processing is complete, if the cancelled booking is found to be amended or utilised on the same booking number (e.g., PNR for flights) directly with the Supplier, NTF reserves the right to debit your original mode of payment for the refunded amount.
GST
GSTIN cannot be updated once a booking is completed. Please ensure you enter the correct GSTIN at the time of booking to claim GST benefits.
